As a homeschooling mother and a family of six, we go thru A LOT of bread. Plus, we live far out into the country and running to the grocery store everyday is not always possible. The best way that I have found to always have fresh bread is to keep extra bread in my freezer. Bread will taste fresh even after being frozen and thawed. The only time that bread will have freezer burn is if you leave it in the freezer for longer than 1-2 months.
