2 Ingredient Oreo Cookies and Cream Bark

This recipe has only a couple simple ingredients that can be purchased at your local grocery store.

  • Oreo cookies or off brand sandwich cookies
  • white chocolate almond bark

How do I make 2 Ingredient Oreo Cookies and Cream Bark? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)

  1. Place a sheet of parchment paper onto a baking sheet.
  2. Place the Oreo cookies into a Ziploc bag and crush them.
  3. Take a glass microwaveable bowl and add the almond bark to it. (a glass bowl helps melt the bark better, because the glass becomes warm).
  4. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between. Be sure to not overcook the almond bark.
  5. Once the almond bark is completely melted add the about 1/3 of the crushed Oreo cookies.
  6. Stir in the cookies and then pour the mixture onto the parchment paper.
  7. With a spatula spread out the almond bark to your desired thickness.
  8. Add the rest of the crushed Oreo cookies to the top of the almond bark and lightly press down on the cookies to set them in the melted almond bark.
  9. Place baking sheet into the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
  10. Break up, serve and enjoy!
