2 Ingredient Oreo Cake Mix Cookies

Can you beat a 2 ingredient dessert recipe that is easy and the kids will LOVE it?!?!

This recipe has only a couple simple ingredients that can be purchased at your local grocery store.

• white cake mix – for the cake mix you will need eggs, vegetable oil and water
• Oreo cookies (crushed)

How do I 2 Ingredient Oreo Cake Mix Cookies? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)

1. Take a large bowl and mix up the cake mix according to the package instructions.
2. Crush up the Oreo cookies.
3. Add the crushed Oreo cookies to the prepared cake mix. Mix well.
4. Refrigerate for an hour or freeze for 30-45 minutes.
5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
6. Take a cookie sheet, line it with parchment paper and spray the paper with a nonstick cooking spray.
7. Drop tablespoon size cookie batter onto the parchment paper approximately 2 inch apart.
8. Optional – add more crushed Oreo cookies to the top of each cookie.
9. Bake for approximately 10 minutes.
10. Let them cook on the baking sheet.
11. Enjoy!
