Circus Animal Cookie Fudge

If you need an easy dessert recipe this is it! With only a few ingredients, minutes to prepare and minutes to set up! Then, you have the perfect dessert!

This recipe has only a couple simple ingredients that can be purchased at your local grocery store.

• butter
• sugar
• milk
• marshmallow creme
• white chocolate chips
• Circus animal cookies
• optional sprinkles

How do I make Circus Animal Cookie Fudge? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)

1. Place large sauce pan over medium high heat.
2. Add butter, sugar and milk to the pan.
3. Bring to a FULL rolling boil.
4. Continue to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly (don’t start counting until the entire pan is boiling).
5. Remove from the heat.
6. Stir in the white chocolate chips until they are melted.
7. Stir in the marshmallow creme until it is melted (working quickly).
8. Add 1/2 crushed cookies and stir.
9. Pour into a 9×12 pan lined with parchment paper.
10. Place the other half of the cookies to the top of the fudge and add optional sprinkles.
11. Allow the fudge to completely cool before cutting into it.
