Smoked BBQ Beef and Beans

This is a recipe that is so easy to make! A PERFECT recipe for any meal time.

The simple ingredient list makes it so easy to prepare and I love that I can find all the ingredients at my local supermarket.

This recipe has only a couple simple ingredients that can be purchased at your local grocery store.

  • ground beef
  • baked beans
  • bacon
  • jalapeno cheddar smoked sausage
  • bell peppers and onions
  • yellow mustard
  • bbq sauce
  • brown sugar

How do I make Smoked BBQ Beef and Beans? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)

  1. If using a smoker place it on 250 degrees f. or an oven at 350 degrees f.
  2. Cook the ground beef and drain the excess grease.
  3. Cook the bacon.
  4. Saute bell peppers and onions in a little olive oil until soft.
  5. Slice the smoked sausage.
  6. Take a foil pan and add: cooked beef, cooked bacon, baked beans, sliced smoked sausage, bell peppers, onions, yellow mustard, bbq sauce and brown sugar.
  7. Mix well
  8. Place a sheet of aluminum foil over the pan.
  9. Place on smoker and cook for 2-3 hours or bake in the oven for 1.5 hours.
Yield: 6-8 servings

  • 4-5 jalapeno cheddar smoked sausages

  • 1/8 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
