Your kids will love this easy Sausage, Sauerkraut and Potatoes, and have them coming back for seconds and thirds, LOL! It may have been the yummy sausage, but whatever it takes for kids to LOVE meals then I’m all for it!

- smoked sausage – any kind of smoked sausage will work
- sauerkraut
- potatoes – any kind of potato will work, I added baby gold potatoes to my meal
- olive oil

How do I make Sausage, Sauerkraut and Potatoes? (scroll down for the full printable recipe card)
- Place a skillet over medium high heat
- Add olive oil and heat
- Dice up the potatoes and add to the heated olive oil
- Optional: season potatoes with salt and black pepper
- Cover skillet with a lid and simmer potatoes
- Add chopped smoked sausage after about 10 minutes of cooking potatoes
- Once the potatoes are tender, add the drained can of sauerkraut
- Simmer on low for approximately 5 minutes
- Serve and enjoy

- 14 oz Johnsville New Orleans Andouille Smoked Sausage
- 12 oz Baby Dutch yellow potatoes
- 14.4 oz can of drained sauerkraut
- 2-3 Tbsp olive oil
- Optional: salt and black pepper
Instructions

Place your leftovers into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
