Y’all, this has to be one of the EASIEST recipes that I have EVER made! What could be easier than a recipe that has only a few ingredients and then finished in the oven. “Easy Pumpkin Spice Bread with a Streusel Topping”

- Streusel topping: flour, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter
Where do I find the Pillsbury Pumpkin Spice Bread Batter in my local supermarket?
This is a great question! This batter is located in the refrigerated section of your grocery store, located next to the biscuits and rolls of cookie dough.
What supplies do I need to make pumpkin spice bread?
- loaf pan
- small bowl
- wooden spoon for mixing
- fork – blending the streusel topping
- measuring cups and measuring spoons
- nonstick cooking spray
What could I add to the top of my pumpkin spice bread?
- nuts: chopped pecans, walnuts or almonds
- granola
- powdered sugar glaze
- cream cheese frosting or any kind of frosting
- Cool whip
How do I make pumpkin spice bread with a streusel topping? (scroll down for printable recipe card)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f
- Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray
- Cut open the end of the batter package
- Squeeze the batter into the loaf pan
- Take a spoon and spread out the bread batter in the pan
- Place the loaf pan into the preheated oven
- While the bread is baking. Take a small bowl and add the following ingredients to make the streusel topping: flour, cinnamon, sugar, brown sugar and melted/softened butter
- Take a fork and blend the streusel topping together. It will be clumpy and that is how you want it to be
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes
- Remove loaf pan from the oven and sprinkle the streusel topping over the top of the pumpkin bread
- Bake for another 20 minutes
- Remove from the oven and let the bread cool

Ingredients
- 1 package (roll) of Pillsbury Pumpkin Spice Bread Batter
Streusel Topping
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f
- Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray

How to store leftover pumpkin bread?
IF you have any pumpkin bread leftovers, you simply place it into an airtight container or into a Zip-loc bag and store in a dry place. The pumpkin bread does need to be refrigerated or can be frozen for later. The bread will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
