This recipe has only a couple simple ingredients that can be purchased at your local grocery store.
- chicken breasts
- frozen vegetables
- onion
- olive oil
- salted cashews
- sesame seed oil
- soy sauce
- ground ginger
- ground turmeric
- garlic powder
- salt
- black pepper
How do I make Easy Cashew Chicken? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)
- Place a large skillet over medium high heat
- Drizzle olive oil into skillet
- Add chopped onion and chicken breasts (mine were frozen) to the skillet
- Place a lid over skillet and cook until chicken is done
- Dice up the chicken and add it back to the skillet
- Add the frozen vegetables to the chicken
- Place the lid back onto the skillet and cook until the veggies are tender
- Add the sesame seed oil, soy sauce, ground ginger, ground turmeric, garlic powder, salt and black pepper
- Simmer for approximately 10 minutes
- Add cashews and stir
- Serve and enjoy

- 3 lbs chicken breasts
- 20 oz bag frozen vegetables (any kind)
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp sesame seed oil
- 2-3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp grund turmeric
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1-2 cups whole cashews
Instructions
