S’more Cookies = A chewy, chocolate cookie loaded with gooey marshmallows, crushed graham crackers and extra chocolate chips. I don’t think that you could make these cookies any more perfect than this!
I, for one, love S’mores! I mean who doesn’t love to toast some marshmallows over a fire and squish them between the graham crackers with chocolate?! Which we all know can be a little messy. I’m not saying that these cookies aren’t completely mess free, but they are completely worth it! If the marshmallow wasn’t gooey, then what good would they be?
And, you want to know the very best thing about these cookies? Aside from the fact that they are absolutely delicious, they are made from a box cake mix! Talk about being super easy!
I discovered making cookies from a box cake mix last week when I made my Orange Dream Cookies. I honestly thought that it would be an easy way to make cookies and that they would be ok……Well, I was totally wrong. They are more than ok, they are the absolute best cookies that I have ever tasted.
I Promise that I’m not trying to be partial or anything, but they have the perfect crispness on the outside and soft, chewy middles. Absolutely Divine!
I thought that the Orange Dream Cookies were good, but I think these S’more cookies top them!

Tips ā
- Itās best to refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes before you roll it into balls. The dough can be sticky and this helps. After I refrigerated my dough, I didnāt have any trouble rolling it into balls
- Be sure to NOT over bake these cookies! This is a big key to them having the perfect texture. You do NOT want them to brown in the oven any! Once you take them out of the oven they will cool and set perfectly! I only baked mine for 10 minutes exactly and they were absolutely perfect!
- Once the cookies have completely cooled, you can put them in a bag and freeze them. Then you can just pull them out when needed. I would pull them out about 2 hours before I served them and lay them out flat (not on each other) while they thaw, so they wonāt stitch to each other.
- You can add a few extra marshmallows to the top 2 minutes before you pull them out of the oven. This step isn’t necessary but makes for a prettier cookie.
