These cookies are beyond amazing! Start with a super simple sugar cookie dough and add in sweetened dried cranberries, white chocolate chips and pecans. Bake and enjoy one of the best cookies ever!
I love anything sweet and if it’s a cookie, that’s a plus! Cookies are such an easy dessert and please people of all ages.
My mom says that these are the best cookies that she has ever had. I think that I must agree with her.
The key to making them the perfect cookie is to make sure to not over cook them. You want them lightly brown around the edges and slightly not done in the middle because they will continue to cook after you take them out of the oven for a couple minutes while they cool on the hot pan.
What makes them the easiest cookies?
Well, probably because they only have 4 ingredients! Yes, you read that right, only 4. From the title you can easily guess 3 of them. Cranberries, White Chocolate Chips and Pecans. The very last ingredient is what makes this recipe so simple, ready made sugar cookie dough.
Seriously, they take only a couple minutes to throw together and you can be eating cookies before you know it! I can’t name a cookie that is any easier than this one or that taste better!

Just a couple notes –
I just wanted to include a couple things that I think really helps to make these the best cookies!
Make sure you use sweetened dried cranberries. I haven’t tried making these with any other type of cranberry, but I’ve seen some cookies where they use fresh cranberries. I don’t think they would be the same if you use fresh. I really like sweetened ones!
Do NOT overcook them! This is the biggest key to me. you want them to be lightly brown around the edges and slightly not done in the middle because they will continue to cook a little while they cool on the pan for a couple minutes.

There really isn’t very much to these cookies at all. You just add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix it together. I just use my hands to break the cookie dough up.
Then just add all ingredients to your cookie dough and mix it all together.
I roll into about tablespoon balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake on 350° for approx. 15 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes before removing from the pan or the cookies will break. The cookies will also continue to cook while they cool on the pan and that’s why it’s important to not overcook.
- 16.5 oz Sugar Cookie Dough
- 1/2 C White Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 C Sweetened, Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 C Pecans

2. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix together
3. Roll into Tablespoon balls and place on a greased cookie pan
4. Bake for 15 - 17 minutes until the cookies are slightly brown around the edges and slightly still soft in the middle (do NOT overcook)
5. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
