They start with a buttery and sweet graham cracker crust followed by a sweetened, creamy peanut butter layer then comes some gooey marshmallow creme finished off with a layer of chocolate sprinkled with sea salt…… Are you drooling yet?
I have to admit that they might be a little messy to eat, but trust me, it’s worth every bit. And, that’s what makes them so good!
Anything that has peanut butter is a favorite of mine! So, definitely anything that has peanut butter and chocolate, I am a fan of.

Tips –
- I put them in the freezer after I add each layer to help the previous layer harden a little so I can easily spread the next layer on.
- When you cut the bars, pull them out of the pan by the parchment paper and face them with the chocolate on the bottom. Cut them upside down. The chocolate will be harder than the rest of the layers and you don’t want to squish all the marshmallow creme out of the middle

This dessert is very easy to make, just take the time to let the previous layer firm up in the freezer before spreading on the next layer.
Start by making the graham cracker crust. Melt butter, crush the graham crackers, add to melted butter and add sugar. Mix well.
Press mixture into the bottom of the 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper.
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes – 1 hour to let the crust firm up before adding next layer.
For the next layer, combine powdered sugar and peanut butter
Spread the peanut butter layer over the crust. Place back in the freezer for 30 minutes – 1 hour to let firm up before adding the next layer.
Spread on the marshmallow creme. I didn’t place it back in the freezer after this step because the chocolate will be melted and spread on very easily.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl and pour over the marshmallow creme. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Place back into the freezer and let chocolate harden, about 30 minutes. Once the chocolate is completely set, remove the bars from the pan by pulling the parchment paper up. Place the piece chocolate side down and cut into 2” x 2” pieces.
