A delicious meal that will have your family asking for seconds and thirds, LOL. This recipe will feed 6-8 people with side dishes added to the meal.
What is in an Onion, Beef Fried Rice? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)
This recipe has only a couple simple ingredients that can be purchased at your local grocery store.
- cooked white or brown rice – long grain or instant rice
- ground beef – ground turkey, ground chicken or ground sausage can also be used. Also, you could dice up some smoked sausage
- pepper and onion blend – or you can just add a diced onion of any color
- frozen vegetables
- garlic powder – or you can use minced or real garlic
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- black pepper and salt
- optional brown sugar
How do I make an Onion, Beef Fried Rice? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)
- Take a large skillet and place it over medium heat
- Add the ground beef and cook until done
- Add the garlic powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, salt, brown sugar (optional), pepper & onion blend, frozen vegetables and cooked rice
- Stir until blended
- Place a lid on the skillet and cook on medium until the vegetables are soft. Stirring occasionally.
- Serve and enjoy

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1-2 cups pepper & onion blend or 1 medium diced onion
- 1 bag (10oz) frozen vegetables
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp black pepper, optional salt
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Take a large skillet and place it over medium heat

How do I store leftovers? Place cooled leftovers into an airtight container then place them into the refrigerator for up to 3 days or into the freezer for up to 3 months.
