My kids loved this easy 5 Ingredient Parmesan Garlic Chicken, but this meal had my kids coming back for seconds and thirds, LOL! It may have been the yummy sauce, but whatever it takes for my kids to LOVE my meals then I’m all for it!

- boneless skinless chicken thighs or chicken breasts
- Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce
- water
- Panko bread crumbs
- pizza sauce – or a marinara sauce
- mozzarella cheese – and you use any kind of cheese
- vegetable oil or avocado oil for frying

How do I make 5 Ingredient Parmesan Garlic Chicken? (scroll down for the full printable recipe card)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- Take a large skillet and place over medium high heat
- Add oil to the skillet
- Take 2 bowls and add the sauce and water to one bowl and the bread crumbs to the other bowl
- Dip the chicken into the sauce then into the bread crumbs
- Place the chicken into the hot oil and brown on both sides
- Once the internal temperature of the chicken is 165 degrees f, place the chicken on to a baking tray
- Add pizza sauce and shredded cheese to the top of the cooked breaded chicken
- Bake until cheese is melted and brown
- Eat & enjoy!

Simply, add your cooled leftovers to an airtight container and place into the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Or, you can freeze the casserole for up to 3 months.
