This is an AMAZING 3 ingredient recipe!  My family loved these 3 Ingredient Strawberry Cheesecake Bars made with sugar cookie dough.  Especially, when I topped the warm cobbler with some vanilla ice cream! YUMMO!

This cobbler has only a couple simple ingredients that can be purchased at your local grocery store.  

• can of strawberry pie filling
• no bake cheesecake filling
• sugar cookie dough

How do I make 3 Ingredient Strawberry Cheesecake Bars?

1. Heat oven to the directions on the cookie dough package
2. Place a sheet of parchment paper onto your 9×9 pan
3. Add the sugar cookie dough to the parchment paper and flattened the dough
4. Bake until dough is done (the cookie dough will rise and then cook down flatter, so don’t panic when it looks like it’ll rise too high, lol)
5. Let the cookie dough completely cool
6. Add the cheesecake filing
7. Add the strawberry pie filling
8. Freeze for 30 minutes
9. Cut & Enjoy!
