This recipe has only a couple simple ingredients that can be purchased at your local grocery store.
- smoked sausage
- frozen bell peppers and onions
- french onion soup
- garlic powder
- ground ginger
- black pepper
- brown sugar (optional)
- soy sauce
- sesame seed oil
- sunflowers seeds
- olive oil
- pasta – any kind will work

How do I make Asian Sausage Pasta Skillet Meal? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)
- Prepare box of pasta as directed. Drain, rinse and set to the side.
- Take a large skillet and place it over medium high heat.
- Drizzle some olive oil into the skillet and add the frozen bell peppers and onions.
- Once the bell peppers and onions are soft, add the sliced smoked sausage pieces.
- Add the garlic powder, ground ginger, black pepper, brown sugar, soy sauce, and sesame seed oil.
- Mix well.
- Add the can of french onion soup and mix well.
- Simmer on low for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta, stir well and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with sunflower seeds sprinkled on top and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs sliced smoked sausages
- 2 cups frozen bell peppers and onions
- 1 can (10.5oz) french onion soup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (optional)
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame seed oil
- 3 Tbsp sunflower seeds
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 box (14.5oz) pasta (any kind)
Instructions
