This recipe has only a couple simple ingredients that can be purchased at your local grocery store.
- pepperoni
- shredded cheese – any kind will work
- 8 inch flour tortilla – regular or low carb
- optional ranch dressing for dipping

How do I make a 3 Ingredient Pepperoni Pizza Quesadilla (310 calories)? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)
- Place a medium size skillet over medium high heat.
- Spray the skillet with a nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the flour tortilla in the skillet.
- Add half the shredded cheese to half the side of the tortilla.
- Add the pepperoni.
- Add the rest of the cheese.
- Fold over the flour tortilla.
- Cook until that side is brown.
- With a spatula flip over the quesadilla and brown the opposite side.
- Enjoy once both sides are brown.
