Sheet Pan Taco Bake

This is a recipe that is so easy to make! A PERFECT recipe for any meal time.

The simple ingredient list makes it so easy to prepare and I love that I can find all the ingredients at my local supermarket.

This recipe has only a couple simple ingredients that can be purchased at your local grocery store.

  • ground beef
  • taco seasoning packet
  • sheet of puff pastry
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes
  • onion
  • any of your favorite taco toppings

How do I make a Sheet Pan Taco Bake? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees f. per puff pastry instructions.
  2. Take a 9×13 baking sheet and place a sheet of parchment paper on it.
  3. Unroll the sheet of puff pastry onto the baking sheet.
  4. Take a fork a poke holes into the puff pastry.
  5. Bake for 10-13 minutes until it is as brown as you like it.
  6. Remove from the oven and set it aside.
  7. Place skillet over medium high heat and cook the ground beef.
  8. Drain excess grease from the ground beef and add the taco seasoning packet.
  9. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Add the cooked ground beef to the to of the puff pastry.
  11. Mix all taco toppings together in a bowl and then add them to the top of the ground beef.
  12. Serve with taco sauce and enjoy!
