This recipe only has a few simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand, plus the ingredients can be changed with your favorite pizza toppings! The possibilities are endless with this pizza pull apart bread.
What is in a pizza pull apart bread? (scroll down for printable recipe card)
- canned biscuits – biscuits will be cut up into small pieces
- pepperonis – pepperonis will also be cut up or you can leave them whole
- shredded cheese – I used 2 types of shredded cheese, but you can use any of your favorite cheeses
- garlic butter – which consists of melted butter, garlic powder or minced garlic and Italian seasoning (which is mainly for looks, lol, the garlic powder is the main ingredient)
- optional parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top of the bread after it has finished baking
- optional dipping sauces
Do I need dipping sauce for my pizza pull apart bread?
YES, if you want some. My family loves to dip theirs in ranch dressing, but another favorite dip is marinara sauce or pizza sauce. Choose any dip that you would like and enjoy!
What other ingredients can I add to my pizza pull apart bread?
Remember, you can add any of your favorite pizza toppings, plus add as many different ingredients as you would like to add! 🙂

What supplies will I need?
- cutting board
- sharp knife
- large bowl
- wooden spoon
- bundt pan
- nonstick cooking spray
- small bowl for the garlic butter
How do I make a pizza pull apart bread? (scroll down for printable recipe card)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces
- Cut up the pepperonis
- Add to the large bowl, the biscuit pieces, pepperonis and shredded cheese
- Take a wooden spoon and combine these ingredients
- Melt the butter in the microwave
- Add the garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Stir with a spoon
- Pour the garlic butter over the biscuit mixture and mix well
- Spray the bundt pan with a nonstick cooking spray
- Add the mixture to the bundt pan
- Place bundt pan into the oven
- Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes
- Remove from oven and enjoy
- Optional – sprinkle on some parmesan cheese and choose your favorite dipping sauce!
How do I store leftover pizza pull apart bread?
Simply, place any cooled leftovers into an airtight container and then place them into the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Ingredients
- 2 cans of jumbo biscuits (8 count each)
- 6 oz pepperonis
- 4 cups shredded cheese (any kind of cheese
- 1 stick of melted butter
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
