Y’all are gonna love this easy sheet pan meal! I have a family of 6 and easy is my middle name, LOL! With this big of a household, I need easy cleanup meals that are delicious and nutritious. And, this one hits both of those marks!
Let’s begin talking about the veggies. Later down in the post I will tell you the veggies that I used for my sheet pan meal, but these veggies can be changed to your own family’s favorite veggies. Don’t limit your meal to just these veggies in my recipe, be creative and enjoy a delicious easy meal.
Also, choose what veggies are in season in your area of the world. Around here in Southern Oklahoma, our gardens start producing yummy veggies in the late Spring. So, whatever is producing in my garden is usually the veggies that are in my sheet pan meals.
