OH MY GOODNESS!!! This Keto Pork Chop Sandwich is so good! I was craving a breaded, crusted pork chop sandwich with sweet cole slaw and BBQ sauce and this one hit the spot!
The Keto roll recipe is so yummy and taste like regular bread, plus it is keto, low carb, gluten free and sugar free.
I did buy the BBQ sauce, instead of making my own. I found a BBQ sauce at my local grocery store with no Sugar added. This recipe does take a couple of steps.
I baked my rolls and made my cole slaw ahead of time which saved a little time, but it’s so worth the time and effort. Scroll down for the roll and cole slaw recipe links.
