This Keto Cole Slaw recipe is super easy and quick. Each serving only has 2.27 nets carbs! Plus, this recipe is sweetened with Pyure which gives the slaw just the right sweetness.
Cole slaw can be a side dish or added to a sandwich. This is a nice side dish to make ahead of time and refrigerate, so to have on hand for a couple of days.
I enjoy adding the slaw to my Keto Pork Chop Sandwiches. I bake our Keto Dinner Rolls and place an almond flour crusted pork chop on the roll, add sugar free BBQ sauce and top with this Keto Cole Slaw. It is one of the best Keto meals that I have tried so far.
Our Keto Dinner Roll recipe is so delicious. For the above sandwich I make the dinner rolls, cut each one in half, buttered each side and toasted in a skillet. Then I added the almond flour crust pork chops, BBQ sauce and cole slaw.

What is the Keto Diet?

The Keto Dinner roll recipe is a favorite around our house that is easy to make and I keep this rolls in the freezer, then to pull one out and microwave, so to have on hand all the time.
Did I mention that it only has 4 ingredients? Which is why this recipe is so easy and quick, especially for those busy weekday meals!
Keto Cole Slaw Ingredients:
- Cole Slaw Mix (we used tri-color)
- Sour Cream
- Mayonnaise
- Pyure (or any granular sweetner of your chioce)
The cole slaw ingredients can be found at any local supermarket. Usually, I will purchase my mayonnaise, sour cream and cole slaw mix at my local Aldi supermarket. My Pyure sweetener is purchased from Wal-mart. Pyure can also be purchased on Ebay or Amazon.
For this recipe I use the granular form of Pyure, which is almost the same texture as sugar. It has a gritty consistency that reminds me of sugar. Any sweetener of your choice can be substituted into this recipe.
Keto Cole
This is an easy & quick Keto Cole Slaw recipe. Great as a side dish or on your favorite sandwich.
Ingredients
- 1 16oz bag of Cole Slaw Mix
- 1/4 C Sour Cream
- 3/4 C Mayonnaise
- 1 TBS Pyure (or granular sweetner of your chioce)
Instructions
- In a big bowl, pour in your cole slaw mix.
- Add your sour cream, mayo, and sweetener
- Mix well.
- Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
