My husband, Gerald, loves to grill ribeye steaks, they are a special treat whenever we go on trips. However, steak is not my favorite, so I thought how could I make my steak better. And, so I created this recipe of Keto Garlic Butter.

- parsley – This herb is optional, but makes a pretty presentation. Any herb can be used in this recipe.

- Place stick of butter out on the counter until it softens to room temperature.
- Gather ingredients: butter, garlic and parsley
- Gather supplies: medium size bowl, cutting board, sharp knife, spatula or spoon, plastic wrap
4. Place softened butter into a bowl
5. With a sharp knife, chop up the parsley and a clove of garlic (chop the garlic as fine as you can)
6. Add chopped parsley and garlic to the bowl with the butter
7. Take a spatula and mix well
8. Lay out a sheet of plastic wrap, approximately 12×12 sheet
9. Spoon garlic butter into middle of plastic wrap and roll up forming a log.
10. Place garlic butter into the refrigerator until it is solid. If you need it in a hurry, place butter into the freezer.
