I hadn’t been on the Keto diet very long and I soon learned that I missed my bread. So, this recipe has been a life saver for me.
I have made this recipe into Keto Cinnamon Rolls After you try baking these Keto dinner rolls then you should definitely try these Cinnamon Rolls, they do take a little effort, but are really worth the time.
Also, I have created a sandwich recipe with this dinner roll. It is a Keto Pork Chop Sandwich, with an almond breaded pork chop, Keto Cole Slaw and sugar free Barbecue sauce on a toasted keto dinner roll.
But, before we talk about this recipe, letās learn more about the keto diet, because it is much more than eating a lot of BACON, LOL!
What is the Keto Diet?
The ketogenic diet focuses on high fat, low carb foods like eggs, meats, dairy, and low carb vegetables. Also, it consists of food that are sugar free and gluten free. A lot of individuals believe it is just a lot of protein, like a lot of bacon, but it is more than just eating a lot of bacon. It is limiting carb consumption to around 20 to 50 grams per day and filling up on fats, such as meat, fish, eggs, nuts, and healthy oils.

This recipe will make approximately 12 dinner rolls. Each roll will have 221 calories, 18.7 grams of fat, 3 net carbs and 11g of protein. Only 3 net carbs per roll is great for a keto bread.

Most of these ingredients you can find at your local supermarket. Usually, I will purchase most of these items at Aldis. However, I buy my almond flour at Wal-mart to save a little money.

Keto Dinner Rolls
Do you need a Keto Dinner roll that taste delicious, but is Keto, low carb and gluten free? Well, we have a recipe that'll make you coming back for more!
Ingredients
- 8 oz Package Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 2 1/2 C Almond Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
Instructions
- In a medium size, microwave safe bowl melt cheeses.
- Add eggs and combine.
- In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- Combine your dry ingredients with the wet.
- Roll into 12 balls. Place on a greased pan.
- Bake on 400 F for approx. 10-12 minutes or until brown.

These Keto dinner rolls are perfect along the side of many keto dishes. Also, you can take one of these rolls, cut it in half, butter it and toast in a skillet. Then add your favorite meat like bacon, ham, or sausage and have a delicious breakfast sandwich.
I love to add alot of bacon and avocado on top of one of these toasted rolls. The more the bacon then the better right?!?!
