I have fell in love with chicken, again!!! I was bored of plain chicken. Burned out on BBQ chicken, but I know chicken is good for my family. So, I was looking at the seasoning and I found this Garlic Jalapeno and I thought that I would give it a try.
I was SO AMAZED with the flavor! Therefore, this Keto Garlic Jalapeno Chicken recipe was created.
Also, I believe grilling the chicken helped to. My mom-in-law bought me a Copper chef grill pan for Christmas and I LOVE IT! My oldest son, who is 13, will also take frozen cooked chicken, this seasoning and heat it up in a pan.
So, this is a new favorite recipe for my family. Plus, it can’t get any easier than 2 ingredients, chicken and seasoning! 🙂 PLUS, PLUS, it’s Keto, Low Carb, Gluten free and ONLY 1 NET CARB!!!
But, before we talk about this recipe, let’s learn more about the keto diet, because it is much more than eating a lot of BACON, LOL!
What is the Keto Diet?
The ketogenic diet focuses on high fat, low carb foods like eggs, meats, dairy, and low carb vegetables. Also, it consists of food that are sugar free and gluten free. A lot of individuals believe it is just a lot of protein, like a lot of bacon, but it is more than just eating a lot of bacon. It is limiting carb consumption to around 20 to 50 grams per day and filling up on fats, such as meat, fish, eggs, nuts, and healthy oils.

Wow, can you beat a delicious recipe with only 2 ingredients?!?! This Weber Garlic Jalapeno seasoning is so yummy. In addition, this seasoning could be added to fish, ground beef, pork chops or sauteed veggies.
Above all, this seasoning is easy to find. My local supermarket has it in stock and if your supermarket doesn’t just go online at purchase a couple, because I’m constantly running out of it.
In addition, your chicken, fish or pork chop could be cooked in a regular pan, a grill pan or outside on your grill. I have grilled pork chops with this seasoning more times than I can count. But, I love my grill pan, because I can have that grilled look during the winter when it is not possible to go grill outside.
I haven’t tried grilling veggies on an outside grill with this season yet, but I have plans too. My plan is to take some of my garden squash, okra, tomatoes, onions and herbs and seasoning and grill outside, this sounds so yummy, because while I’m typing this it’s March outside and I’m ready for Springtime.
This recipe would be a great main course with any veggies on the side. Also, a lettuce or a keto cole slaw would be delicious sides. Broccoli and cheese or green beans would also be yummy. Even adding this chicken to a Keto Dinner Roll would be so good. However that you decide to enjoy this Keto Garlic Jalapeno recipe it will be quick and easy.

Keto Garlic Jalapeno Chicken
- 2 lbs of chicken breast
- 1 tsp. Weber Garlic Jalapeno seasoning
- Place thawed chicken breast in a grill pan or skillet and sprinkle with seasoning
- Cook until chicken is not longer pink inside or has an internal temp. of 160 degrees.
- Serve with a salad or green beans and ENJOY 🙂
