- Take a cutting board and a sharp knife and cut up the beef into thin slices
- Place the slices of beef into a Zip-loc bag
- Gather the stir fry sauce ingredients and add them to a small bowl.
- Once the sauce is combined pour it over the steak and place the Zip-loc bag into the refrigerator
- Marinade the beef for at least 2 hours, the longer the better
- Take a large skillet and place it over medium heat. Add the avocado oil or olive oil and heat up
- Once the oil is hot, add the slices of beef to the hot oil.
- Cook the beef until it is almost fully brown and add the carrots and onions
- Saute until the carrots are soft and tender. All the moisture in the skillet should be evaporated by this time too.
- Once the stir fry is done, take a spoonful of the stir fry and pour over a bed of rice.

- 2-3 medium sized carrots
- 2 green onions

- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 5 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup water
