This meal is basically a Queso dip with chicken and pasta added to it. How yummy could that be? Wow! Anything with cheese has to be good, right??? Of course! LOL
Chicken Tips and Other Meat Ideas!
You can use many different types of chicken for this easy recipes, here are some ideas:
- raw chicken breasts that you’ll need to cook
- canned chicken breasts – use 3 drained cans for this recipe
- rotisserie chicken – use 1 whole rotisserie chicken for this recipe
- fully cooked frozen chicken breasts located in your freezer section at your local grocery store. Use 1-2 lbs for this recipe
- Add 1-2 lbs of browned ground beef to this recipe
- Add 1-2 lbs of browned breakfast sausage to this recipe

- chicken breasts – options: rotisserie chicken, canned chicken breasts or frozen cooked chicken
- Velveeta cheese or an off brand block of cheese
- pasta – options: bowtie, penne, elbow, rotini or spaghetti noodles
- Rotel or off brand diced tomatoes
- milk
- garlic powder
- black pepper
- salt (optional)
- olive oil

- Place large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil
- Add chicken breasts and cook until chicken is completely done
- Remove chicken breasts from skillet and dice up into chunks
- Cut up Velveeta cheese into cubes and add to the same skillet
- Add the diced tomatoes, milk, garlic powder and black pepper
- Simmer until the cheese is completely melted
- In a sauce pan, cook the pasta as directed by the instructions and drain off excess water
- Once cheese sauce is done, add the cooked chicken and cooked pasta
- Stir and simmer for approximately 5 minutes on low
- Remove from heat
- Serve and enjoy

Ingredients
- 1 - 1 1/2 lbs of chicken breasts
