This is a great Keto Big Mac Salad recipe for someone who doesn’t like to cook or doesn’t have time to cook, either way it’s an easy recipe. The only cooking involved is browning the ground beef, which can be done ahead of time and placed in the refrigerator or freezer. Most people have these simple ingredients, so brown your ground beef and freeze, then any time you want a Keto Big Mac Salad just make your sauce and pull your meat out of the freezer.
Big Mac sauce is delicious on a salad or it makes a great veggie dip. I like to add it on top of a Big Mac Salad of pork rinds, lettuce, cheese and seasoned ground beef. The possibilities are endless.

Another idea for the sauce, which is not listed, but if you like your Keto Big Mac Sauce a little on the sweet side, then you could add a teaspoon of Pyure Stevia Sweetener.
Pyure is my favorite sugar substitute and has a close texture to sugar, but without all the carbs. So, for those on the Keto diet it is an excellent choice of sweetener.
But on a last note, we all love that famous sandwich at our local drive thru. So, take this sauce and add it to a keto roll and a ground beef patty with cheese, maybe add a litte shredded lettuce and miniced onion and your set!! I’m already getting hungry!
