- bagels
- pizza sauce or homemade pizza sauce
- breakfast sausage – you can add any type of meat, for example: pepperonis, ham, Canadian bacon, beef or turkey
- mozzarella cheese
- garlic powder
- butter
- Italian seasoning (optional)
How do I make bagel pizzas? (scroll down for printable recipe card)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f
- Take a small bowl and melt butter in the microwave
- Once the butter is melted add the garlic powder and optional Italian seasoning
- Take a baking sheet and open up the bagels and place them onto the baking sheet
- Brush the melted butter over the bottoms of the bagel halves
- Place a small skillet over medium heat and add the breakfast sausage
- Once the sausage is brown and crumbled remove it from the heat
- Spoon some pizza sauce onto the top of each bagel halve
- Add the cooked sausage and shredded cheese to the top of each bagel
- Place baking sheet into the oven
- Baking time can vary, cook until the cheese is completely melted and the bottoms are brown
- Approximately 15 minutes
- Remove baking sheet from oven, serve & enjoy. 🙂
