What ingredients do I need for this apple pie cobbler?

  • salted butter
  • self rising flour or you can use all purpose flour, but you’ll need to add 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt to your 1 cup flour
  • sugar
  • milk
  • apple pie filling

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees f.
  2. Place a stick of butter in a 9×9 baking dish and place into the oven to melt the butter.
  3. In a medium size bowl add the self rising flour, sugar and milk.
  4. Whisk batter well.
  5. Spoon the batter over the melted butter and DO NOT STIR.
  6. Pour the apple pie filling over the batter and DO NOT STIR.
  7. Bake for approximately 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
