- Chuck roast or pork roast
- Ranch seasoning mix
- Brown gravy packet
- Butter
- Peperoncini Peppers
- Peperoncini Juice
- Salt
- Black pepper
How to store leftover pot roast?
Take the cooled leftover pot roast and place it into an airtight container. Place into the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
How do I make a Crockpot Mississippi Pot Roast? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)
- Place roast into the crockpot.
- Add the ranch seasoning mix and the brown gravy packet.
- Add the butter, peppers, juice, salt and black pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours, depending on how thick the roast is. The roast is done when either it is fork tender or the internal temperature reaches 190 degrees f.
- Serve and enjoy!

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 10 peperoncini peppers
- 1/4-1/2 cup peperoncini juice
