This recipe has only a couple simple ingredients that can be purchased at your local grocery store.
- ground beef – also, ground chicken or sausage can be used in this recipe
- taco seasoning
- Nacho Cheese Doritos
- white queso cheese
- shredded cheese
- optional toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, salsa, guacamole and sour cream


Can I add anything else to my nachos?
Yes, you can add any of the following ingredients to the top of the Frito casserole:
- shredded lettuce
- diced tomatoes
- diced onions
- jalapenos
- salsa
- sour cream
- guacamole
What can I serve on the side of my nachos?
- garden salad
- spanish rice
- refried beans
- chips and salsa
- gaucamole
How do I make Nacho Cheese Doritos Sheet Pan Nachos? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)
- Place a medium size skillet over medium high heat.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet.
- Once the ground beef is completely cooked, drain the excess grease off of the meat.
- Add the taco seasoning and simmer on low for 5 minutes.
- Take a sheet pan and spread the nacho cheese Doritos in a single layer.
- Add the cooked ground beef to the top of the chips.
- Pour the white queso on top of the beef (I did microwave the queso just a little bit to help it to pour).
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake until cheese is melted.
- Add any optional toppings and enjoy!
