What is in a Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)
This recipe has only a couple simple ingredients that can be purchased at your local grocery store.
- chicken breasts
- cream of chicken soup
- cream of celery soup
- frozen mixed vegetables
- garlic powder
- black pepper
- can of biscuits

How do I make a Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)
- Add frozen chicken breasts to the crockpot.
- Add garlic powder, black pepper, cream of chicken soup and cream of celery soup to the top of the chicken breasts.
- Pour the bag of frozen vegetables on top of it all.
- Place lid onto the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. (with the tenderloins mine did take 4 hours on high)
- Approximately 20 minutes before serving, bake the can of biscuits per instructions in the oven.
- Shred the chicken, return it to the crockpot and mix all ingredients with a spoon.
- Plate up some chicken pot pie into a serving bowl and top with a biscuit.
- Serve and enjoy!
