- salted butter
- self rising flour or you can use all purpose flour, but you’ll need to add 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt to your 1 cup flour
- sugar
- milk
- apple pie filling

- Preheat oven 350 degrees f.
- Place a stick of butter in a 9×9 baking dish and place into the oven to melt the butter.
- In a medium size bowl add the self rising flour, sugar and milk.
- Whisk batter well.
- Spoon the batter over the melted butter and DO NOT STIR.
- Pour the apple pie filling over the batter and DO NOT STIR.
- Bake for approximately 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy!
