Crockpot Brown Sugar Glazed Meatloaf

I love crockpot meals! When I can throw some ingredients into a crockpot or slow cooker and leave it. Then, to come back at Suppertime and Dinner is served. No stress or last minute trying to get Dinner on the table, because it is already cooked and ready to be served at the family table.

What could be easier? The crockpot does all the work for you and a delicious meal is ready in a few hours.

  • ground beef – **I USED GROUND TURKEY** you can also choose another ground meat like ground turkey or ground chicken
  • garlic powder or minced garlic
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • saltine crackers – you can also choose another type of cracker or bread crumbs
  • yellow mustard or dijon mustard
  • worcestershire sauce
  • eggs
  • Brown sugar glaze: brown sugar, mustard, ketchup and worcestershire sauce

  • rice or pasta
  • garden salad or Caesar salad
  • green beans or a green bean casserole

TIPS!

  • If you need a sugar free version of the glaze, simply exchange the brown sugar for a brown sugar substitute and exchange the ketchup for a sugar free ketchup
  • If you need a keto version of this meatloaf, exchange the above condiments AND exchange the saltine crackers with crushed pork rinds.
  • You can meal prep the leftovers by places them into individual meal prep containers

How do I make Crockpot Brown Sugar Glazed Meatloaf? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)

  1. Take a large bowl and add the following: ground beef, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, crushed saltine crackers, mustard, worcestershire sauce and eggs
  2. Mix well
  3. Spray the inside of your crockpot with a non stick cooking spray
  4. Add your meat mixture to the crockpot and press down to form the bottom of the cooker
  5. Take another bowl and add the glaze ingredients: brown sugar, mustard, ketchup, and worcestershire sauce
  6. Mix well and pour over the top of the meat mixture
  7. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs ground meat ( I used ground turkey)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 sleeves of crushed saltine crackers
  • 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 eggs

Brown Sugar Glaze

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp mustard
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  2. Mix well
