As a stay at home mom I love easy meals that I can toss simple ingredients into a crockpot and let it cook. For some reason the “What’s for Dinner?” question is a never ending question. - serve over rice or cauliflower rice
- serve over any kind of pasta or noodles: elbow, bowtie, rotini, shells or spaghetti
- garlic bread or dinner rolls – you can purchase garlic bread or garlic cheese at your local grocery store. However, you can also make your own garlic bread with plain white bread or French bread. Simply spread butter onto the bread, sprinkle with garlic powder, add shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees f. until cheese is melted.

- chicken breasts – another option is adding boneless skinless chicken thighs
- brown sugar – a sugar free option is to replace the brown sugar with a brown sugar substitute
- pineapples – do not drain the can of pineapples
- soy sauce
- minced garlic or garlic powder
- crushed red peppers
- optional rice or cauliflower rice to serve over

- To your crockpot, add brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic and crushed red pepper
- Take a whisk and blend the ingredients together
- Then, add the can of pineapples with the juice and mix with a spoon
- Add the chicken breasts to the crockpot
- An option is to add the can of pineapples to the top of the chicken. Either way is perfect
- Place lid onto the crockpot
- Turn on low and cook for 6 hours
How do I store leftover Hawaiian chicken?
Leftover crockpot Hawaiian chicken is yummy the next day. You can meal prep the leftovers into individual containers or add them to one large airtight container. To store the leftovers you will simply need to add the cooled leftovers to an airtight container and place them into the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

An easy and delicious crockpot meal that your family will love!
Ingredients
- 3 large chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapples and juice
- 2-3 tsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic or 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp - 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Optional rice or cauliflower rice to serve with the Hawaiian chicken
Instructions
- To your crockpot, add brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic and crushed red pepper
- Take a whisk and blend the ingredients together
- Then, add the can of pineapples with the juice and mix with a spoon
- Add the chicken breasts to the crockpot
- An option is to add the can of pineapples to the top of the chicken. Either way is perfect
- Place lid onto the crockpot
- Turn on low and cook for 6 hours
- Prepare your rice per directions and serve with the Hawaiian chicken
