This is an amazing crockpot meal that only has a few ingredients, but has endless possibilities. I have made pork chops and rice for my family for so many years, however I have always baked it in the oven. But, one day I decided to try my recipe in my crockpot, AMAZINGLY easy and tasty!
The recipe can be added to or changed in so many ways to please anyone, here are a few ideas!
- add any kind of veggies to this recipe, for example broccoli or peas & carrots
- add chopped onion or bell peppers
- add different seasonings besides black pepper and salt, for example garlic powder, minced garlic, minced onion, ranch seasoning, any of your favorite seasonings from the grocery store
- if you do not like either of the soups, then add 2 of the one that you prefer or exchange them for cheddar soup or celery soup
- if you are on the keto diet, exchange the regular rice for frozen cauliflower rice
- regular rice or instant rice
- you can use any kind of rice besides white rice
- this recipe can be baked in the oven at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes depending on the thickness of the pork chops, it could take an hour plus. Check your meat with a meat thermometer to ensure a safe temperature which is 165 degrees f.

Iโve recently started watching your videos and enjoy them so much. I was looking for the pork chop and rice recipe that you shared last week and was lucky and found it. I remembered the soups, rice and water but could not recall if there was another ingredient or not. There is not, so was happy to find that out!! Will probably make next week. Thanks
