I love desserts! But, I especially love a dessert recipe that only has a few ingredients! This recipe is so yummy and has 3 ingredients, plus egg, water and vegetable oil for the brownie mix.

Most of us already have eggs, water and vegetable oil in our pantry or refrigerator, so you will only need to buy 3 ingredients to make this easy dessert recipe.

Biscoff cookies have become so popular this year. Any cookie butter will work, but for this recipe I have chosen the Lotus Biscoff cookies and their cookie butter.

These Biscoff cookies are filled with flavors like caramel, brown sugar and cinnamon. And the Biscoff cookie butter just kicks these brownies up a notch! YUM!!!

How to store leftover brownies?

Once the brownies have complete cooled place them into an airtight container. With these brownies you will not need to refrigerate them, simply place them on your kitchen counter at room temperature.

TIP!

To kick this dessert recipe up a notch, add some vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup or caramel syrup, whipped topping and add some more crushed Biscoff cookies on top. Yum!
