OH MY GOODNESS! This Dorito Casserole is the best ever! Lol, there were NO leftovers! My whole family loved this Dorito Casserole!
I have made Dorito Casseroles for years and I have used different types of tortilla chips or Doritos, but this by far is our favorite.
Up until this recipe, my kids loved my Dorito Casserole made with Spicy Cheese Doritos. However, this one tops them all, LOL.
What is in a Dorito Casserole? (scroll down for printable recipe card)
- Doritos – any kind of Doritos or tortilla chips can be used
- shredded cheese – any type of shredded cheese can be used in this recipe
- ground beef – you can use beef, chicken or ground turkey for this recipe
- green enchilada sauce – also, red enchilada sauce can be used in this recipe
- cream of mushroom soup
How do I make a Dorito Casserole? (scroll down for printable recipe card)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f
- Place a large skillet over medium heat
- Add ground beef to the skillet
- Cook the meat until it is brown and done
- While the meat is cooking use a wooden spoon and crumble it up
- Take a saucepan and add the green enchilada sauce, can of cream of mushroom soup and the cooked ground beef
- Place the saucepan over medium heat
- Heat up the ingredients in the saucepan until they are hot and remove from heat
- Take a 9 x 13 baking dish and spray it with a nonstick cooking spray
- Add a layer of Doritos onto the bottom of the baking dish
- Pour the hot mixture from the saucepan over the layer of chips
- Add another layer of chips on top of the meat mixture
- Add sprinkled cheese onto the top of the chips
- Place baking dish into the oven until the cheese is completely melted
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes
- Remove from oven, serve & enjoy 🙂

Here is an easy 5 ingredient casserole that the entire family will love!
Ingredients
- 1 bag (9.75 oz) Doritos
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10 oz) green enchilada sauce
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
Instructions
