I love easy meals that I can toss simple ingredients into a crockpot and let it cook. And, a 6 ingredient recipe is EVEN BETTER! LOL!!

For some reason the “What’s for Dinner?” question is a never ending question. I sometimes wonder if that question will always be the hardest decision of the day, lol. “Crockpot Chicken Taco Pasta”

This is a simple recipe that has easy to find ingredients that are at your local supermarket. And, any off brands will work perfectly too.

  • rotisserie chicken – you can also use canned chicken or any other cooked chicken breasts
  • diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • taco seasoning
  • chicken broth
  • elbow noodles – you can use any kind of pasta
  • shredded cheese – any kind of cheese will work

Is an Crockpot Chicken Taco Pasta keto friendly?

Not if you use regular rice, however to make this recipe keto friendly or low carb friendly, simple replace the noodles with cauliflower rice. Cauliflower rice is in the freezer section at your local grocery store.

  4. Stir with a spoon
  5. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours
  6. Add the shredded cheese to the top 30 minutes until meal is finished cooking.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
