- green chili enchilada sauce
- instant rice

Not if you use regular rice, however to make this chicken enchilada casserole keto friendly or low carb friendly, simple replace the regular rice with cauliflower rice. Cauliflower rice is in the freezer section at your local grocery store.

- 1 (can 10oz) of green chili enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup instant rice

- Add to your crockpot, cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, green chili enchilada sauce, and instant rice.
