This is a simple recipe that has easy to find ingredients that are at your local supermarket. And, any off brands will work perfectly too.

- rotisserie chicken – you can also use canned chicken or any other cooked chicken breasts
- diced tomatoes with green chilies
- taco seasoning
- chicken broth
- elbow noodles – you can use any kind of pasta
- shredded cheese – any kind of cheese will work

Not if you use regular rice, however to make this recipe keto friendly or low carb friendly, simple replace the noodles with cauliflower rice. Cauliflower rice is in the freezer section at your local grocery store.
