This is a simple recipe that has easy to find ingredients that are at your local supermarket. And, any off brands will work perfectly too.

- Rice-A-Roni
- chicken broth
- water
- shredded cheese
- French fried onions

Not if you use regular rice, however to make this recipe keto friendly or low carb friendly, simple replace the noodles with cauliflower rice. Cauliflower rice is in the freezer section at your local grocery store.

- Add to your crockpot the Rice-A-Roni, chicken broth, shredded cheese and water
- Mix well
- Add the chicken tenderloins, press them down into the liquid mixture
- Cook on low for 3 hours (longer if you use large chicken breasts)
- Add to the top, more shredded cheese and French fried onions
- Cook for 30 more minutes
- Serve and enjoy!

- 2 boxes (5.9 oz each) Chicken Garlic Rice-A-Roni
- 1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2-4 cups of cheese, 2 cups in rice mixture and 2 cups on top of casserole
- 2 cups Frenchs fried onions
- 2 lbs chicken tenderloins (these cook quicker)
Instructions

Simply, add your cooled leftovers to an airtight container and place into the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Or, you can freeze the casserole for up to 3 months. Also, this is the perfect meal to prepare for lunches, simple place individual servings into meal prep containers and reheat at lunch time.
