- Yukon gold potatoes
- garlic butter – you can buy garlic butter or make your own, homemade garlic butter
- parmesan cheese
- olive oil
- salt and black pepper
What goes with 3 Ingredient Smashed Potatoes?

How do I make 3 Ingredient Smashed Potatoes? (scroll down for the full printable recipe card)
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees f
- Place sheet of parchment paper onto a baking sheet
- Take a knife or fork and poke the potatoes with holes
- Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes
- Bake for 25-35 until potatoes are tender
- Remove from the oven
- Take a glass a lightly smash the potatoes as flat as you like them
- Add garlic butter to the top of the potatoes
- Sprinkle on parmesan cheese
- Return the potatoes back to the oven until the butter is melted and parmesan cheese is lightly brown
- Enjoy

- 1.5 lbs Yukon gold potatoes
- garlic butter
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- olive oil to drizzle on potatoes
