This recipe has only a couple simple ingredients that can be purchased at your local grocery store.
- Oreo cookies or off brand sandwich cookies
- white chocolate almond bark



How do I make 2 Ingredient Oreo Cookies and Cream Bark? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)
- Place a sheet of parchment paper onto a baking sheet.
- Place the Oreo cookies into a Ziploc bag and crush them.
- Take a glass microwaveable bowl and add the almond bark to it. (a glass bowl helps melt the bark better, because the glass becomes warm).
- Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between. Be sure to not overcook the almond bark.
- Once the almond bark is completely melted add the about 1/3 of the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Stir in the cookies and then pour the mixture onto the parchment paper.
- With a spatula spread out the almond bark to your desired thickness.
- Add the rest of the crushed Oreo cookies to the top of the almond bark and lightly press down on the cookies to set them in the melted almond bark.
- Place baking sheet into the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
- Break up, serve and enjoy!
