Crockpot Mongolian Meatballs

This recipe is so easy and your family will be asking for seconds!

This is a recipe!  The simple ingredient list makes it so easy to prepare and I love that I can find all the ingredients at my local supermarket.

What is in a Crockpot Mongolian Meatballs? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)

This recipe has only a couple simple ingredients that can be purchased at your local grocery store. 

  • meatballs – use fully cooked frozen meatballs
  • worcestershire sauce
  • soy sauce
  • water
  • brown sugar
  • ginger minced garlic
  • corn starch

How do I make a Crockpot Mongolian Meatballs? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)

  1. Add meatballs to the crockpot
  2. Take a medium size bowl and add the following ingredients: worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, water brown sugar, ginger and garlic. Mix well
  3. Pour liquid mixture over the meatballs
  4. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6 hours
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, add approximately 1/2 cup to 1 cup of the liquid to a bowl and add the cornstarch, blend with a fork and pour back over the meatballs
  6. Finish cooking
  7. Serve over rice or pasta

  • 48 oz frozen Italian style meatballs
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp corn starch

Instructions

  1. Add frozen meatballs to the crockpot

How to store leftover meatballs?

Once the leftovers have cooled completely place them into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days or place into the freezer for up to 3 months.
