- sausage, bacon or ham

What all can I add to my Easy Egg Breakfast Burritos?
The options are endless for breakfast burritos, here are a few ideas:
- breakfast sausage
- bacon
- ham
- any kind of shredded cheese
- bell peppers
- onion
- spinach
- jalapeno peppers
- mushrooms
- tomatoes
- hash browns or diced fried potatoes
- picante sauce, salsa or pico de galo
How to cook or heat up the tortillas?
You can microwave the tortillas or you can fill the tortilla with the egg mixture and fold it up. Then, fry it in a little oil or butter to have a crispy burrito
How do I make Easy Egg Breakfast Burritos? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)
- Cook either a piece of sausage or bacon
- Place a separate pan over medium heat and add butter
- Add bell peppers and onions to the butter
- Saute until the peppers and onions are soft
- Add 2 eggs (beat eggs in a bowl first) to the pan of bell peppers and onions
- Take a spatula and fold over until the egg is done
- Add the cooked diced sausage or bacon to the scrambled eggs
- Take a spatula and fold over until the egg is done
- Heat tortilla up in the microwave
- Add the egg mixture to the tortilla and add any picante sauce or topping that you would like
- Fold up the burrito
