This is a 3 ingredient recipe with a couple optional ingredients that you can add! 

The simple ingredient list makes it so easy to prepare and I love that I can find all the ingredients at my local supermarket.

This recipe has only a couple simple ingredients that can be purchased at your local grocery store.

• milk chocolate chips: you can also use dark chocolate chips
• chopped almonds: or you can use pecans, walnuts or peanuts
• mini marshmallows

How do I make a 3 Ingredient Rocky Road Clusters? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)

1. Take a baking sheet and place a sheet of parchment paper onto it.
2. In a medium bowl microwave the chocolate chips until melted
3. Add chopped almonds and mini marshmallows to the melted chocolate and stir
4. Drop spoonfuls onto the parchment paper
5. Add some chopped almonds and marshmallows to the top of each cluster
6. Place baking sheet into the refrigerator or freeze until the clusters set up
7. Enjoy! Store clusters in an airtight container at room temperature.
