This recipe has only a couple simple ingredients that can be purchased at your local grocery store.
- carrots
- yellow golden potatoes
- broccoli
- smoked sausage
- sauce: garlic powder, butter, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and olive oil




How do I make a Honey Glazed Sheet Pan Meal? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- Prepare your baking sheet with non stick cooking spray or lay down a sheet of parchment paper.
- Cut up carrots, potatoes, broccoli and smoked sausage.
- Place all veggies and meat onto baking sheet.
- In a bowl add melted butter, garlic powder, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, ground ginger and olive oil.
- If this mixture thickens up too much then microwave it for 30 seconds.
- Pour honey mixture over veggies and meat.
- Stir well or combine with hands, lol.
- Layer it all in one single layer.
- Bake approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour until veggies are tender.
- Use a spatula and turn veggies and meat a couple of times during cooking.

- 1 lb carrots
- 1.5 lbs yellow gold potatoes
- 1 head broccoli
- 10 oz smoked sausage
Honey Glaze
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- dash ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
