What is in an Easy Easter Poke Cake? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)
This recipe has only a couple simple ingredients that can be purchased at your local grocery store.
- Funfetti cake mix or any cake mix that you like (water, vegetable oil & eggs)
- sweetened condensed milk
- cool whip
- marshmallow peeps
- coconut flakes
- green food coloring
- optional Spring sprinkles
How do I make an Easy Easter Poke Cake? (scroll down for the printable recipe card)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- Mix up cake mix and bake cake.
- Let the cake completely cool.
- Take a straw and poke holes into the cake.
- Pour the can of sweetened condensed milk onto the cake.
- Spread the cool whip onto the cake.
- Take a bowl and add the coconut flakes and food coloring. Stir well.
- Sprinkle the colored coconut flakes onto the cake.
- Add the marshmallow peeps and optional sprinkles.
- Chill, serve and enjoy!
